Development & Events Assistant
Permanent, full-time contract (part-time hours considered)

The Gallery is seeking a highly organised, personable and efficient Development and Events Assistant with a positive and proactive attitude and excellent digital literacy to join our busy team. We are looking for a bright, engaging individual; role-specific training will be provided.
This is an important support role to ensure smooth operation within the Development team and to deliver exceptional stewardship of Gallery Patrons, benefactors, partners and other supporters. The postholder will coordinate the successful delivery of a range of Development events and work closely with the Gallery’s Learning & Public Programmes to support our varied programme of creative workshops, talks and public events.
Due to the nature of the role, some evening and weekend work will be required, for which time off in lieu can be taken.

Visitors Services Assistant
Casual / part-time hours
Pallant House Galley is seeking new casual Visitor Services Assistants [VSA] to provide ad hoc cover for our standard weekday and weekend Gallery opening hours and out-of-hours evening events and Gallery hire. Our VSAs are vital members of the Front of House Visitor Services team; they contribute to the Gallery’s all-round visitor experience; help to ensure excellent customer service; and make sure that safety and security procedures are adhered to at all times. As the first point of contact for visitors and volunteers, they are important ambassadors for the Gallery and play a significant role in upholding the Gallery’s brand and values.
