Visitor Services Officer

Deadline for applications: Friday 1 October, 12pm.

We are currently recruiting for Visitor Services Officers (permanent, part-time contracts, to include weekends). This is an important role within the organisation; the Front of House Visitor Services team contributes to the Gallery’s all-round visitor experience, helping to ensure excellent customer service with a warm welcome. As the first point of contact for visitors, they are important ambassadors for the Gallery and play a significant role in upholding the Gallery’s brand and values.

Buildings & Facilities Assistant

Deadline for applications: Tuesday 12 October, 12pm.

We are recruiting for Buildings & Facilities Assistant (22hrs per week, permanent contract) This role will play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the Gallery, ensuring that the building is safe, secure and well presented for visitors, volunteers and staff. These are key elements for us as a public building and play a significant role in upholding the Gallery’s brand, values and reputation.
