How to get here

There are bike racks located outside the front entrance to the Gallery. More can be found on East Street and throughout Chichester town centre.

We are less than half a mile from Chichester Railway Station.

There are many direct links from London Victoria, Brighton, Portsmouth, Southampton, and Gatwick Airport. Trains to London Waterloo connect at nearby Havant.

You can book your train ticket with Southern Railway via their app or website. There are no booking fees and you can save 1/3 with GroupSave tickets when travelling in a group.

Directions from the train station:

Head up South Street towards the town centre.

Turn right at the Market Cross into East Street.

Turn right (opposite Marks and Spencer) into North Pallant.

The Gallery is a few hundred yards on the left.

There are regular buses from Felpham, Bognor Regis, Portsmouth and Littlehampton. The bus station is less than half a mile from the Gallery.

Directions from the bus station:

Head up South Street towards the town centre.

Turn right at the Market Cross into East Street.

Turn right (opposite Marks and Spencer) into North Pallant.

The Gallery is a few hundred yards on the left.

The M27 and A27 run along the coast, linking Hampshire, Sussex and Kent. The M3 and A3, A29, A259 and A24 connect Portsmouth, Southampton, Mid-Sussex and London.

There are ten car parks in and around central Chichester. The nearest car parks are the South Pallant car park, East Pallant car park and Baffins Lane car park.

There are disabled parking bays in North Pallant.

Please do not drive to the Gallery by coach. The streets surrounding us are narrow and not suitable for larger vehicles.

Coaches are advised to drop passengers off outside Chichester Cathedral on West Street. From there it is a short walk to the Gallery. There is coach parking outside the Waitrose supermarket car park.

Directions from the coach stop

Walk east on West Street towards South Street.

Continue onto East Street.

Turn right onto North Pallant.
