Join us for an engaging discussion between author and curator Gemma Rolls-Bentley and our Director, Simon Martin, as they delve into Gemma’s new book, Queer Art: From Canvas to Club, And The Spaces Between. This vivid and dynamic collection of artworks celebrates the LGBTQI+ community and highlights queer voices from around the world.

Speaker bio - Gemma Rolls Bentley

Gemma Rolls-Bentley has been a leading figure in contemporary art for nearly two decades, passionately championing diversity in the field. Her extensive curatorial practice amplifies the work of female and queer artists and provides a platform for art exploring LGBTQI+ identity. Gemma’s notable roles include Chief Curator at Avant Arte and Curatorial Director at Artsy, among many others. Her debut book is a testament to her commitment to celebrating queer art.
