Children’s Workshop | Making Faces! (Ages 7-11)
[ Children )
Join us for a fun, creative afternoon for kids in our new exhibition!
Using screenprinting techniques and acetate we will be cutting out and creating fun abstract faces.
We will explore the new Glyn Philpot exhibition, finding characters, making up stories and learning about the artwork before coming back to the studio and creating our own modern portrait.
You will go home with a sketchbook of responses to the exhibition and finished artwork (size A3).
- We ask that you attend the workshop in comfortable clothes (some activity will be on the floor).
- Staff are DBS checked by the Gallery prior to the workshop start date.
- Please ensure we have the correct contact information for you in case of any last minute changes.
- We may wish to use photographs you share of you, your child, or their artwork on our website or social media for marketing purposes. Please let us know if you do not consent to this usage.
