Children’s Workshop 7+ | Drawing Portraits
Free
[ Children )
Create your own fun portrait in our Studio with local illustrator, Diane Dunning.
If you are looking for a fun, creative activity for the kids during the Summer Holidays, this is a fantastic option.
Led by local illustrator, Diane Dunning, children will delve into drawing techniques using pencils, fineliners and watercolours to create a portrait of themselves. They will get to explore the Gallery’s permanent collection and our temporary exhibition, Glyn Philpot: Flesh and Spirit, to gain inspiration for their work. The end result will be a fun and experimental portrait that shows each participants individual personality.
Participants are asked to bring in a photograph of themselves to work from.
