A mini retreat that gives you time to recharge and connect with art whilst introducing you to mindfulness practices including 'slow looking'
In this workshop you will receive an introduction to mindfulness, guided mindfulness practices including ‘slow looking‘, and mindful drawing. Through a variety of exercises and discussion, we will explore ways to inspire confidence in looking and appreciating art, offering a small toolkit of creative resources for you to take away.
No experience of art or drawing required. Suitable for everyone.
