Phil Baird and the Creative Case for Diversity

Outside In winner and London visual artist Phil Baird is the subject of a new film that explores his unique artistic practice and the Creative Case for Diversity.

The Creative Case for Diversity is Arts Council England's policy on how diversity and equality can enrich the arts for artists, audiences and our wider society. The arts-driven approach examines the best approaches to liberate artists from imposed labels by making the discussion first and foremost about quality art.

The film and soundtrack was made by filmmaker Ivan Riches and was especially commissioned by the Arts Council for the Creative Case website, which is managed by Disability Arts Online.
