Partners in Art provides opportunities for people with support needs to follow their interest in art by establishing creative partnerships.
Carefully selected to meet the needs and creative ambitions of both the volunteer and referral partner, partnerships are encouraged to work together in an equal way with respect for the others' creativity and interests. Meeting on a regular basis, partners typically create art together, visit exhibitions, take part in community art events or attend art classes.
"I struggled to be taken seriously as an artist before joining Partners in Art - I've exhibited my work, won an award and got two commissions since."
Please note these sessions are for members of the Community programme unless otherwise stated. Please contact the member of staff below for information and guidance about joining. Do be aware that there are waiting lists for some programmes and studio sessions.
If you are interested in volunteering with Partners in Art, you can download an application form here. Alternatively, if you would like to be considered as a referral partner or would like to refer someone to Partners in Art, please use this application form.
