Advance booking is essential for all groups, both for self-directed visits and groups who wish to book an exhibition talk and/ or a guided tour with one of our trained Gallery Guides.
We require a minimum of two weeks notice to book a visit. If you come to the Gallery without pre-booking, we cannot guarantee that there will be space for your group.
We welcome advance bookings for groups of ten or more people.
£7.50 Group Admission per person (includes admission to exhibitions).
Art Fund members can enjoy group entry for £5.50 per person. We offer a reduced rate of £5 per person on Tuesdays. Groups can enjoy this discount providing that they have booked in advance (allocation of Group visits on Tuesdays is strictly limited). We require a non-refundable deposit of £50 in advance before we can confirm your booking.

Exhibition talks are seated and take place in room 11 providing an introduction to the exhibitions themes and content. £4 per person (minimum of 10 people) duration approximately 40 minutes.

For a highlights tour of Pallant House Gallery's world–-class collections of Modern British art we can accommodate 10 to 15 people per Guide. Themed tours of the collection can be requested.
