Group Visits

Advance booking is essential for all groups, both for self-directed visits and groups who wish to book an exhibition talk and/ or a guided tour with one of our Gallery Guides. We require a minimum of two weeks notice to book a visit. If you come to the Gallery without pre-booking, we cannot guarantee that there will be space for your group. Group Admission

We welcome advance bookings for groups of ten or more people. Price £7.50 per person (includes admission to exhibitions). We offer a reduced rate of £5.00 per person on Tuesdays. Groups can enjoy this discount providing that they have booked in advance (allocation of Group visits on Tuesdays is strictly limited). Art Fund members can enjoy group entry for £5.50 per person.

We require a non-refundable deposit of £50 in advance before we can confirm your booking (excludes Tuesdays).

Add teas, coffees and biscuits to your group visit for an extra £3.20 per person, or stay for a sandwich lunch for £10 per person. Refreshments must be pre-booked in advance of your visit. Please contact Helen Martin 01243 770838.

Exhibition Talks

Groups can book a private introductory talk about the exhibition which will provide a short biography of the artist J.D. Fergusson, as well as some background to the exhibition and particular works.

The introductory talk is priced at £4 per person (minimum of 10 people) and lasts approximately 30 to 40 minutes. Talks must be booked in advance. Please contact Helen Martin, Development Officer, 01243 770838.

Guided Tours of the Collection
Why not add in a tour of Pallant House Gallery's world-class collections of Modern British art to your Group's visit? Each tour lasts approximately one hour and we can accommodate 10 to 15 people per Guide. Themed tours of the collection can be requested. Please get in touch with us so we can help plan to get the most out of your visit.
