Rethink the role of drawing in 20th century British art, looking at its revival by artists including R.B. Kitaj, David Hockney, Frank Auerbach and Barry Flanagan. Led by Dr Kate Aspinall.

Consider the conflicting views of what drawing could and should be in the 1960s and 70s, leading to the current fascination with this versatile medium.

All participants will be sent information and a materials list prior to the course.
