We are looking to recruit an experienced Head of Finance to join the senior management team at Pallant House Gallery.

Hours: Full-time (part-time will be considered)
Salary: Up to £50,000
Report to: Director (CEO)

Reporting directly to the Director (CEO), the Head of Finance will be responsible for the financial management of the organisation, acting as financial controller in charge of all accounting functions. This person will prepare management accounts, assist with the setting of budgets, analyse variances and provide cash flows and other relevant financial information in a timely fashion to the rest of the senior team and the Board of Trustees as a key contributor to the smooth running and development of the organisation.
The post holder will be able to put in place and maintain robust financial management and reporting processes and have excellent organisational skills, abundant common sense, the ability to prioritise and will be a pro-active team player, working closely with the rest of the senior management team. The Head of Finance will also manage the finance officer and finance assistant.
